Taglus BIO Resin has been evaluated in accordance with ISO 10993-1:2018, Biological evaluation of medical devices – Part 1: Evaluation and testing within a risk management process, and ISO 7405 : 2009 /( R) 2015 , Dentistry – Evaluation of biocompatibility of medical devices used in dentistry, and passed the requirements for the following biocompatibility risks: Cytotoxicity, Skin Irritation and Skin Sensitization. The product was developed and is in compliance with the following ISO Standards: Medical Devices – Quality Management Systems – Requirements for Regulatory Purposes EN ISO 13485:2016 from a certified lab who is in compliance with the Quality Management System as per ISO/IEC 17025:2005.

It is a high-precision & high-accuracy resin with a smooth matte surface finish, perfect for dental model making. The resin has High form and break stability; is abrasion, moisture and light resistant.

ORTHO CLEAR RESIN ( Bio)

Taglus Ortho Clear is a CE-certified monomer based on acrylic esters for manufacturing of dental appliances such as splints and retainers.

Taglus SG, is a class I, CE-certified, monomer based on Acrylic esters for manufacturing of 3D-printed surgical guides. It is Suitable for printing all types of surgical guides, drilling templates and pilot drill guides. These surgical guide resins are biocompatible, resistant to disinfectants, heat- resistant and can be autoclaved without warping.


Taglus SG can also be used in combination with all laser and DLP based 3D printers.

TEMPORARY RESIN ( bio)

Taglus temporary material is a light cure, biocompatible material for the 3D printing of temporary crowns and bridges. The balance between inorganic fillers and the resin gives the material its  high strength and wear resistance making it highly resistant to breaking and abrasion.

 

The material is easy to finish and polish, and can be stained with all types of composite staining kits. Due to the perfect balance between opacity and translucency the printed crown blends in perfectly between the existing teeth for a natural look.
